Join the Healthcare Heroes: Administrative Assistant Role in Adelaide's Southern Region The SA Virtual Care Service (SAVCS) improves access to healthcare across the state and responds to the needs of frontline workers by bringing emergency care to patients. About the Role: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the provision of efficient, effective and high-quality administrative services to members of the SA Virtual Care Service. You will work collaboratively with other Executives, Clinical and other administrative staff to assist in a long-term approach to the ongoing improvement of healthcare delivery. About you: High standard of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Proven ability to work independently and be resourceful. Experience in Microsoft Outlook and Windows Excel. Experience in working in areas where confidentiality must be applied and maintained. Experience in the preparation of a wide range of documentation including minutes for meetings, agendas, letters, memos and reports.
